| Our mission is to maintain a sound base of knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of animal care provided in our hospital. We will continually strive to improve our knowledge and understanding through the vigilant pursuit of continued education. We will provide technical and emotional support for our clients by identifying their needs and by building a trusting and respectful relationship. We will provide compassionate and ethical care of each individual pet while providing medical care at the highest level of excellence for all medical procedures. As team players, we will work together to accomplish a friendly, respectful, and caring atmosphere for each other. Through this, we will coordinate all hospital procedures with the doctors, receptionists, and co-workers to create a common understanding of our daily functions while communicating with one another on each pet's health status. We will maintain and support the values of our business and consider ourselves an integral part in developing the long-term goals of the practice. We will maintain a perspective regarding our personal and family needs and achieve a healthy balance between those and the needs and goals of our profession. |
